By entering, eligible participants agree to be bound by these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Updated and effective from 1 November 2024.

ABOUT OUR PRIZE DRAW

1. Monies raised by the fundraising appeal will support the general work of REFUGE, registered charity number 277424.
2. This fundraising appeal and prize draw has been organised by The Hearts of Queens Project (Ref: Natalie Bromley), whose email address is heartsofqueensproject@gmail.com.
3. 100% of all donations will be donated to REFUGE. The Hearts of Queens Project will take no deductions, expenses or overheads.
4. The prize draw will take place on Sunday 22 December 2024 and entries must be received by 6pm on that date.

RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW

5. Each paying participant is entitled to one prize draw entry for every £1 donated to the Christmas Appeal. Paid entrants are therefore eligible for more than one ticket. Payment to enter the prize draw must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.
6. No donation is necessary. General participants can enter the prize draw by emailing their entry at heartsofqueensproject@gmail.com no later than 6pm on Sunday 22 December 2024. Each free application will receive one entry into the prize draw.
7. No prize draw entries can be allocated to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 18 years. If an entry is granted unwittingly to, on behalf of or for, a person under the age of 18, they will be exempt from the prize draw and will forfeit their prize.
8. Entrants will be entered into the draw only when either their donation is made in full or when email entries are received.
9. Any donations made or free entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the prize draw and therefore will be considered as a donation to REFUGE.
10. Paid entrants must identify themselves to be eligible for entry into the prize draw, either via entering their name on the Just Giving site, or, where anonymity from a pubic domain is preferred, by emailing the Hearts of Queens Project at heartsofqueensproject@gmail.com.

SPECIC PRIZE TERMS

Penzance holiday

11. The winner will be entitled to a two-night stay at the Dolphin Tavern, Penzance with a three course dinner on one of the night https://www.dolphintavern.co.uk/
12. Valid for 12 months. Subject to availability. Must be booked in advance.

Cottage holiday

11. The winner will be entitled to a two-night stay at Oakdale in Hardwick Wood. Room only. Suitable for up to four people.

13. No pets or smokers.

Poker Coaching

11. The winner will receive a one-hour online poker coaching session with Calogero Morreale.
12. Must be over 18.

Hypno coaching

11. The winner will receive one gold tier subscription to Master of Mindset, a course offered by HypnoPoker.
12. Must be over 18.
13. Valid for 12 months.

Unibet Tickets

11. The winners will receive one €100 online poker ticket, one €50 online poker ticket and two €25 online poker tickets (four prizes in total, one per winner).
12. Must be over 18 and hold a real money online poker account with Unibet.
13. Players from Denmark, Sweden and Belgium are excluded.
14. Players from the Netherlands must be over 24.
15. Tickets must be used within 30 days of credit.

HOW THE PRIZE DRAW WORKS

17. Each entrant will be allocated one number per entry.
18. The prize draw will be drawn randomly. Prizes will be allocated in order of the numbers being drawn from the 1st prize down to the last one. The result of the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. If we are unable to contact a prize-winner, and a prize remains unclaimed for six months following our first attempt to notify the prize-winner, we may apply the prize as we see fit, including re-offering the prize in future prize draws.
20. All winners are required to co-operate with us, in publishing their win as and where we deem reasonably appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.
21. In the event of an error, however caused, whether a printing error or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, we reserve the right to administer the prize draw as though the error had not occurred. Where we deem it appropriate and/or feasible we will notify entrants of the error.
22. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry at our absolute discretion.
