WHO ARE HEARTS OF QUEENS?

Working predominently within the poker industry, the Hearts of Queens community seeks to raise awareness of women's issues worldwide and provide valuable resources where they are most needed.

IPT WOMEN'S EVENT, KILLARNEY

📌 Every player will be eligible to enter a last longer competition for an additional fee of €10. Only the first tournament entry qualifies and players must enter at the time of registration.

📌 The winner of the last longer competition will win a Hamper donated by Tanya Masters and an exclusive HOQ x IPT hoodie.

📌 The Irish Poker Tour has kindly offered to match all monies collected through the last longer competition.

📌 In addition, players can nominate a “Queen” for the tournament who will be dressed in a special crown and sash and who will be gifted exclusive HOQ merchandise. Each nomination costs €25.

📌 A donation station will be set up where players can purchase a Fresh Start Box at a cost of €25 per box. These will be put together by the Hearts of Queens team and donated to women’s refuges and domestic abuse centres. Cash and PayPal accepted.

📌 All proceeds from the event will be used to support women’s charities in Ireland. This event we will be supporting Safe Ireland and Aoibhneas Domestic Abuse Network.

CLEAN WATER CAMPAIGN

Our long-term project across the globe. We're helping to put clean washing facilities in communities where there is no access to clean water. Donations can be made via our JustGiving page, or you can give directly to Water Aid.

CHRISTMAS APPEAL

Our annual Christmas raffle in support of Refuge. We aim to pay for as many shelters as we can over the Christmas period. Tickets cost £1 each and there are loads of prizes on offer.Head to our Facebook page for more details.
